In the past, we were providing refurbishment services under the name of Rouse Property Services where we provide a whole range of property management services. Due to increasing demand for reliable and competently priced quality refurbishment services, we decided to form a specialist company that only does residential refurbishments.

Harry Rouse is the founder of this company. Having worked for many years in the areas of property management and refurbishments, Harry realized that there was a niche in the market for property refurbishment services for residential homes. His aim was to develop a company that provided quality services by experienced and reliable contractors at competitive prices. Harry found that the current market was divided between very large companies charging premium rates that mainly did both office and residential refurbishments and small outfits that often seemed unreliable or did not have the right expertise within the industry.
